I have lived here for 5 years and have seen many of the rental office staff come and go. Along with the maintance staff. The People here know have gotten allot done to make this property better since being here. As for the people living here allot of the weird people were here prior to you moving in and unless they don't pay there rent or violate there lease there going to be here. As for the loud neighbors that?s anywhere you move you can't control others. As for the tugs or drive by like cops you?re full of ****. There is Anne Arundel Police Patrolling hired by the staff to look out on the property just because they thought people would like it. As for the repairs yes it might be a little slow but do you think if it was a real emergency they would be there in a heart beat. If you're calling in because the handle of you cabinet is lose or something little then pick up a screw driver and fix it yourself. Why waste there time on small stupid stuff. Yes the dog poo is a problem but that?s the resident who owns a dog to pick it up. The staff has hired a service to come once a week to pick up all the poo and I think they shouldn't do that or charge all the residents who have pets that fee. it's not there responsibility to make sure that all the poo from the idiot?s that have dog's and let them poo anywhere and not clean it up, is it. As a dog owner it your reasonability to do that. I do all the time I carry bags with me. There are a # of apartment complex?s that are worse then this with drugs guns and all types of things going on that don't even touch the petty problems here. As for usi that a problem but once you renew your lease it's now included so that solves that problem. Most of the apartments in Glen Burnie use them I have found out. The staff is great and is the best since I have been here. I hope we don't lose such a good time.So I would say yes come and live here it?s a safe and nice property with schools close for kids and easy access to the highway.
