This property was nice, when we moved here 5 years ago. In the last 3 years it has gone to hell and back more times then I can count. Once our lease is up we are gone. The walls and floors are so paper-thin that you hear everything.Your neighbors phone, TV, yelling, dogs and whatever else is going on. The dog issues are horrible. Don't try to walk anywhere, you'll bring the dog poop with you. Getting something fixed! Yeah right when hell freezes over. Security right! They suck. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy or even someone that has a life sentence. Don't move here if you love your life. There are break ins, vandalism, poor quality apartments, flooding and I can go on and on and on. Rent increases like no other place, but no quality in return. There are water issues (billing), major parking issues with guest spots, commercial vehicles and your own vehicles being towed even thou you have a sticker. Good luck with those issues being resolved. Lighting is slim to none. The lighting on the property has been bad even when things were better here. But, now, the lights don't work at all and doesn't seem to take the same priority as the recently adopted parking permits!
