Just moved in

I just moved into Gatewater Landing, and so far I don't see many problems. I am a huge stickler for saftey and "ghetto-ness". I have done a lot of apartment searching in the Glen Burnie area, and I think this one is the best for your money.
They have a hired security guard that is there basically there all night making his rounds. I've seen that the residents here feel comfortable enough to leave decent patio furniture and grills out. That made me feel more confident about putting chairs on my patio. There aren't shady guys sitting out on the steps to harass you when you walk by either.
Parking is by permit, and the complex I live in, I can usually get a spot in front of the building, and I get home from work at 5:45PM. The time where there usually isn't jack.
Yes the dog poo is a problem, but just like someone said on here, it's the dog owners. The management actually hired someone to come and clean it b/c non-responsible dog owners can't pick it up themselves. It's really nice to be able to walk my dog by the water, and the scenery is nice * not the greatest, but nice*.
I think my overall opinion of the place, is it's a nice place to live for the money. The living room is large, the kitchen is a decent size, and the bedroom is large too. I think they have some of the larger apartments in the area too. Also, at least in our apartment, the tub is white, and not that god awful "gold" that some apartments offer.
