Wonderful Experience! Great Value! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My experience with Gatewater Landing was a good one. The ladies in the office were incredibly helpful and give you the feeling that you are their top priority. I felt like they truly cared about my happiness. The apartments are spacious, in a perfectly centralized location, and the price is unbeatable. The community is a terrific value. They even include water, trash, sewage AND GAS! with the rental rate!!! This is the perfect place for the budget minded person who is looking for clean, affordable housing and a place to call "home"
