I live in Gatewater and it is horrible. If anything needs to be fixed it takes at least 5 phone calls. The fist three are ignored and the next two are to follow up because no one showed up when they were supposed to or didn't fix it when they were there. The staff is civil if you can get them to return a phone call but by no stretch of the imagination could you call them professional, nice or pleasant. They do have the maintenance staff going thru all the apartments at least once or twice a month for "checks" but nothing ever gets repaired or painted. The mold is terrible, there is a huge pigeon problem and they don't care that most of the residents don't clean up after their pets. It doesn't scream dangerous but it doesn't feel really safe either. The grounds ae a mess and there is always garbage strewn around from the messy garbage men. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this place a 3.

did you know you are supposed to submit written work orders? stop making phone calls and read your lease. what do you expect them to do about pigeons - stand outside with BB gun? maybe the real probem is the neighbors in the area not taking care of their pets, yards, and home - not really an office or maintenance problem, now is it?
