Well the word is out about this web site. Everyone here at Gatewater Landing can not believe some of the stuff on here. It is not true! The stuff about the staff it totally untrue. I don't know how people can sit around and bash a place they call home. Yes, like all apartment community's they have had a few staff changes. For the better! Please don't take the bad comments and run away from Gatewater Landing. Give it a chance and see for yourself how quiet it is here. The space you get for the price is the best deal.

haha!!! the stuff about the management is true... hahaha!!! your so naive!!! I dont tell you your wrong. Im telling you what my experience is. You can give your experience. Dont tell me mine is incorrect. You havent lived in my apartment. you live in yours. For you information, i lived in a one bed apartment for a year and then moved to a 2 bed and i was happy until i moved but the bad outweighs the good. i wouldnt take the chance to move back in. So go eat your words!

People can't believe some of the stuff posted here? Do you live in a cave or are you an eternal optimist, or related to someone who works in the leasing office? The negative reviews, the same complaints are re-iterated again and again, which to me is a huge warning sign. If this is a "good" community, I'd hate to see a "bad" one!
