There was a shooting in my building on Sunday night. 5 big men came with their hoods pulled and shot into the hallway and into the windows & doors of the front top floor apartment. Innocent people were outside. It was probably drug related. Wounding the victim in the leg luckily it was not life threatening. I also heard under the new management it's turning Section 8 ok..

You should call the local news stations, WBAL and WJZ. With all the current media interest in the housing situation in general in this country, it would make for an interesting story. Tell them about how bad it is being a renter, at Gatewater Landing. Invite them to come out and see for themselves and do a story. All the residents at Gatewater unhappy should join forces, send a letter to the editor to the Baltimore Sun explaining how awful Gatewater Landing is.

I guess you just love having shootings in your neighborhood then Roque2?...I say MY public parking lot because MY car is parked out there and its in MY neighborhood and I (as in ME) I COULD have been outside unloading groceries or otherwise, taking offense maybe b/c your management? and you have nothing better to do then try & be a smart ass b/c your a bunch of liars? I obviously don't own it - but it's where I park so that makes it mine, and my neighbors alike.

I love it when I am called managment. Thank you bro but no I am not managment. I think I know what it is, you come on here and bash a place to try and get what you want from people because either one you think 1k a month is alot of money for a place and you expect the royal treatment or two you just want everything your way. First off lets get to know each other better, I have lived here since the management has changed 3 times. I have seen it go from worse to better. No place is perfect when you find one please come on here and post away. Second fault I find about you is the fact of ownership, you are one greedy person,hense the reason your single which I get from your posting,everything is me me me. After reading this I have been watching people and I think I have your figured out, your the man with the armored guard and bullet proof underwear running and crawling around now in this battle zone right. Get a life man. Seriously look at the states and murders in mg county and rockville the just as bad as the burnie.
