I have been living here for about 3 years now and the only major problem that i've had was that my heater stopped working, but they fixed it in good time. Yes there was a shooting here last week, but hey you will get that almost everywhere you go. It's not the managements problem its just that these things happen when crazy people come around here. I used to live at Southgate, so this place was a huge step up. With utilities included things are fine for me and my family.
