This place is absolutely terrible. There was a shooting here two weeks ago, in which someone was shot and then caused about 30 cops to show up and spend several hours and the whole neighborhood watching what was going on. They tow your car for just being on the line of the parking spot, or if a visitor parks in a resident spot even thought there is 5 visitor spots and hundreds of unused resident spots. The noise that comes from the barking dogs, noisy neighbors above, below and to the sides is almost unbearble, that is unless you like waking up and parting whenever your neighbors do. Then, when your lease comes to term, they raise the prices considerably above what they would charge you if you were moving into the neighborhood.

Move... They are doing a 3% increase and if that it to much for you then move! Yes there was a shooting get over it have you NOT watched the news? It happens everywhere!! Park where you should if you have been here since 2006 you know the rules by now. There are 41 visitor spots.. That is more than enough. Would you like to give up your spot and pay your rent for someone who visiting to park? It is a darn if you do and darn it you don't.

You know whats funny about this site, when other people post comments about things like this saying its really not that bad and most people liek to blow the situation way outta control, your called the MANAGEMENT. I love it. bro first off I was down there at that so called shooting and last time I checked the new math rules 30 police officers were maybe 5. Start using the fingers and toes bro.

When I asked them to put more visitor spots in...they said that visitor spots bring more non-sense!!! More crime!!! I was like "Are you kidding!?!" My grandmother & Mother come over to visit & have to park a 1/2mile away!!! They don't bring crime! Is it that ghetto that they assume every visitor is bringing violence & Crime?!?! This place is ridiculous. I think management has nothing better to do than sit around & defend this ---- hole ghetto. How the hell does some random person know how many visitor spots there are? 41!? Try 30 max. This place is a load of ----. STAY AWAY _ YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED also, there weren't 30 officers - there were about 5, BUT THERE WAS 30 TENTS OVER EACH BULLET SHELL!! & FIRE TRUCKS - AMBULANCES & EVERY SINGLE NEIGHBOR OUTSIDE - LIKE A GHETTO PEICE OF CRAP

Why can't you be happy that the police were on top of the situation? Crime happens everywhere, not just in "your so-called ghetto"...Unfortunately it is part of life in this day and age no matter where you live, so be glad that police were doing their job and were there to handle the situation so that we can be safer. Maybe you should move to the sticks and be a hermit so you are not exposed to reality!Hater of ghettos or just plain hater of life?
