I'm just posting to say my opinion is that Wednesday Stewart wrote this in response to one of the views and that she works for Gatewater:

"Thanks for your input...most of us don't have a problem here, Not everything is going to be perfect anywhere, but if you are an adult and take responsibilty for yourself...then there is no reason to complain.I like it and I like the permits for the same reason, I can usually find a spot close to where I live. He probably did deserve to be towed and is just looking for excuses...that's whats wrong with some people these days, always looking for a way to blame somebody else, instead of owning up to their mistakes...maybe he should find a single house to rent so he can have his own driveway...or maybe he could just follow the rules like the rest of us-it's not a hard thing to do. and my response is from a renter here also, I am not a staff person or anything else, Again he was looking for an excuse to put blame on somebody else!"

She has the same writing style as one of the comments as she actually signed...ellipses and all.
