This place is ridicoulous! The maintenance suck at what they do, or well what their suppose to be doing. If you put in a request your definately not going to get it done unless you do it yourself. The leasing office staff, are ignorant! They only care about getting their money....not one of them live here on the premises, wonder why' The people who ran the leasing office before them which were Kendall and PAtsy; were a hell of a lot better than them. Atleast at that time their were some white people. This place seems to be racist! All the way!! Sure their are different races throughout the community but go in the leasing office and the maintenance team, tell me if you spot one white person. The mice here are disgusting. I have had pest control come into my home several times and for what' Nothing!They stated to me that Gate Water is to cheap to spend the money for them to actually correct the issue. If you come here at night you will not find a spot and lets not forget to mention...the weirdo's that wonder around here. Their is an older man that evryone calls POPS. He was wanders through the neighborhood and goes through the dumpsters and take food and other items. The one night I came home their was a guy who was hiding behind a car that was peking at me. I was petrifried to even get out. Ohh yeah good luck even trying to find a parking spot here. Use to be assigned parking until Patsy and Kendall left. Wednesday and Kelly are both honest JOKES. If you have an issue go straight to their coporate or nothing will be done! The health department has been here numerous of times. I am moving out in 3 weeks and beleive me that CAN NOT come fast enough! Moving to this hell whole is the biggest mistake....saver your money and go else where, even if you are paying more, its worth it!
