Has to be one of the most poorly managed and maintained properties outside of the ghetto's of Baltimore. Staff will smile to get you in the door and then stab you in the back the second your lease is signed. 12-13 month turn time on service tickets, if they get done at all. Our building was without hot water at least 3 or 4 full days out of each month that I lived there with the response from the office being a note on each door which read " We know you don't have hot water, don't call the office. " Illegal " auto renewal " practices will keep you there unless you know the law, so put in your 60-day notice when you move in. Health/mold issues are a huge class action lawsuit in the making. Horrible horrible horrible!
