rude and unexperienced management

the management at this complex is rude and unexperienced...real bad. the neighbors are loud and hang in hall walls and outside of the building making all kind of noise. management, does not resolve the problem. the apartments are old with little repairs made. don't move here inless you also like giving all your money to BG&E.
