We were not given a chance to see the apartment before actually moving in. The carpet was in bad shape, windows leaked during rain, refrigerator is old, bathroom was a mess and on and on.

The only reason we stayed here was that it was a quite neighbourhood with lots of big stores within walking distance.

The place is very noisy now with people playing loud music and drinking in the parking lot late in the night. Any repair request is not attended to at all if you don't remind them a few times. Average response time is in weeks and sometime in months.

Don't leave anything in your car or it is likely to get stolen even during day time!!
I learned my lesson the hard way.

Airconditioning is in bad shape. Insulation is bad and if you let the airconditioning run a lot during summer your electric bill be more than 300 dollars a month.
