i have lived here 6 yrs and i have seen some pretty bad things. alot of things others have complained about are telling the truth. i have been blessed to have had a good relationship with management. the new manager and one particular maint. man is really doing a good job the best they can do with with they have to work with. corp office isnt always willing to meet the needs of glen mar because of the finacial cost. things have gotten better, less drugs, less noise, more parking spaces. yes the building is 30 yrs old and there are alot of building sturcture problems. i feel that the whole community needs to be knocked down and rebuuilt from scratch. but the sad thing is where would the tenants go in the mean time' when the place is all brand new how much will the new rent be' if dirty people, bad people are allowed to move back in, history will repeat itself. it would have to be strict living, no kids no dogs etc...i would like that very much!! to be honest the rent is not worth the apartment! but if you look around, glen mar is probably the lowest price you will find.
