The carpet had different color patches....the sinks were broken.....and an over abundance of little kids in the parking lots and hallways..A/c went out first week here.....Heat is out right now......It is A safe neighborhood becuase we are between 2 ghettos so cops are always in the next neighborhood anyway prolly would arrive fast if you needed help...close to all the good stores and bus lines.....they approve bad credit just higher security deposit ...you can have 2 dogs or a cat and a dog wieght limit is 60 lbs......they do fine for not picking up dog poop and for throwing ciggarette butts on the ground...$25 per violation so it helps with the upkeep.....they vacuum and clean the yards once a week...id reccomend this neigborhood over any other in Glen Burnie
