I've lived here a little over 18 months and I hate it. Kids in the hallways, washing machine (3 for 22 units) always one broke, drugs, hellions on the playgrounds, loud neighbors due to poor noise reduction in carpet. Hell the carpet is cheap enough for them to invest in better padding. Now, I hear, Section 8 is moving in. I'm sure that there are truly greatful people to be able to have a place to stay, but no all of them think that way and feel that everyone else owes them. People don't pick up after their dogs and they also think the parking lot is their personal trash can. What rude and ignorant tennents. I pay over $1000 a month for 2 bedrooms and it really isn't worth it. And, oh yeah, they have that little piece in the contract (in small print) that if you break your lease, you still owe for 2 months after you leave!
