You don't get the apartment you leased or pay rent for. Neighbors pick ridiculous arguments, too much traffic in the back of the building. Maintenance doesn't seem to care how they treat your apartment when they enter. I've found eaten chips on my table and they clean up behind themselves only if your home to see them. Neighbors can anonymously call in any complaing against you or your pet and you have to defend against it, whether it is true or not. You hear everything. They fix things then break something else, and don't tell you when they're entering your apartment. The parking spaces are too narrow.
