bad condition buildings
Bad neighborhood.
drugs, bit ups on play ground
Teen age dauther making out in parking and behind dumster.
swearing kids
yelling loud, uncivilized single moms.
mentally deranged ill young ppl( perform harmful activity when under mental fit)
Over all maintainance and leasing people are dishonest, promise one and give horrible.
Irresponsible, dishonest staff.
