I lived in this disgusting excuse for a complex for one year and couldnt have left quicker when my lease was up! I moved in a rush and was given a false view of the community.
First roaches and mice really have a field day, i mean you can clean all you want but the building are infested, period.
Also if you value your health then look out for mold which is a silent hazard to your health.
Safety is a huge issue especially if you live farther from the leasing office. There are always shady characters lurking in my stairwell. I have had crackhead neighbors come to my door several times asking for money or trying to sell me random things, is that the kind of place you want to live'
I will say maintenance is fast to deliver service but they sure do take their own fee from your place. I have had alcohol missing and found private items in my room looked through. They were even so bold as to leave a 40oz. beer and cigarette butts on my porch!!
In the office Carol and Debbie are sweethearts and very helpful but OH MY GOD, if you ever have to deal with the evil B#*ch Wednesday, good luck! I am not one to defemate a person's character but who the hell hired such a unhelpful wench. If she was replaced it may improve things a tad.
DO NOT be fooled by the appearance of the rental office, which looks great, hell i wish my apartment had looked half as good.
The apartments really just exploits people that are new immigrants or in the lower income bracket. Luckily I can afford to live somewhere better, but I feel for those who cant move anywhere else.
This is not a angry bias review, it is the 100% absolute truth! look elsewhere, please!

Carol and Wednesday do not work here anymore, but Debbie finally started again. Don't know if she is the same Debbie. Even with replacements, this place is terrible and I can't WAIT to break my lease and buy a house. I'm tired of constantly calling the police and living without a toilet, air conditioning/heat, and a non-working oven.
