Parking sucks. It is not that you don't have a lot of place to park it is that the place is full of drunk -------- and they don't care if they hit, scratch, or ding your car.

Noise. Yup there is plenty of it. People practice there instruments for bands, drink outside on the balcony and pee instead of using the bathroom in the apartment. And if you do decided after reading all these negative comments on this site to move in please do not move above a laundry room. Kids play, teens fight, prostitues score johns, and if that isn't enough you have that night owl that decides that they are going to do there laundry at 3 am and slams everything.

Grounds: Apparently if you have a dog you can just crap anywhere you want. And if you don't feel like walking from car with your groceries you can just park on the grass and ruin any landscape.

Safety: Don't complain about your fire alarm going off whenever it feels like it cause you won't get it fixed. Outdoor lighting sucks and indoor lighting it is easier to just change the light bulbs yourself then waiting on somebody to do it for you.

Construction: This apartment is old and they way that is acknowledged is by putting more paint or a bandage on your problem.

Maintenace: If you call on maintenace or the exterminator (which you will often) be sure to be there to make sure they actually do something instead of just leave a card. Also they tend not to lock your doors after they visit you so if somebody breaks in after you... oh well.

Office Staff: is full of a bunch of people who say "hey that's not my job" you have to talk to so and so...

In General: This apartment complex sucks. Spend more money elsewhere.
