Boom! Boom! Boom! If you enjoy sleep deprivation, rent from Glen Ridge where the loud stereos playing ranchera, tejano, calabash pound through the paper-thin walls and shabby brick all night long. I haven't gotten a good night's sleep since last October when I first moved to town. Can they do anything about it' No, not unless they evict every single offender, which is pretty much everyone who lives here. Is the management sympathetic' No. They're having much too good a time at Glen Ridge to be of service. In fact, everything you read about them is true. They are rude and down right disrespectful to renters, although they're probably doing the best they can considering the circumstances! I came in one time to drop off my rent and there was a long line of dissatisfied customers, some of which kept waiting all day, complaining about bogus fees they had to pay, the lack of air conditioning, and severe roach and bedbug problems. Glen Ridge preys on all the young teenage couples who desperately need a place to live and they don't care if you don't like how they treat you, they've got plenty of other illegal aliens ... erm I mean "potential renters" lined up. They raise the rent every year regardless, so expect that, although they tell you that it not true. I have found that the people who work in the office are void of morals, lie, don't follow up, and again, disrespectful. Heed my warning and rent at your own risk!

Like other neighbors, I, too, cannot get pizza delivered to my apartment because someone apparently enjoys mugging the pizza guy.

I saw some people walking out with a refrigerator! They just walked right out with it! That's nice, real nice.

Every time we call to complain about the mouse turds screwing up this place, they treat us like a criminal. We don't even bother calling anymore to report problems, because the one person we're supposed to call is never in the office. Emails also go unanswered. The only way to get anything done is to take off work and go in person and catch them at lunch. We just bide our time until our lease is up and watch everyone slowly pack up their things and leave before their lease has ended.
