Ive been a resident (NOT AN EMPLOYEE) here for almost a year now. I dont know why people are saying all these bad things.. Of course this place isnt the greatest, but it could be way worse. When I first moved in I had a roach and mice problem, but an exterminator comes around every 3 months, and after he came I never had a roach problem again. The mice problem slowed, and since his second visit I havent seen a thing. Also, my air conditioner was broke for most of the summer, so they put in a work order for a new AC, and until then they continued to use freeon to keep us happy (needed it about every day). Also, with so much going on in my life I was between renewing my lease and moving back in with my father, I was back and forth about it all of the time, but when I finally came to a decision I had surpassed my point of a 60 day notice, but they let it slide... On the horrible side... the first month I moved here 2 people got shot within a months time.. and yes there are loud people, there are corona bottles everywhere.. but young adults/college students have to start out somewhere, and this just so happens to be a place for them to come... So, my overall opinion is... If you are a young couple looking for short term housing, this is a decent place to go, if you are a young adult looking for short term housing its decent... I would not reccomend it for people who can not tolerate any noise. Dont expect the best.

It's nice to see you recommend a noisy, filthy place where tenants are shot in their homes. Ms. Wilkens, I, personally, do not think a ghetto like that deserves to be recommended over other apartments on this website. I've lived in several apartments that may not be top of the line but they were far, far cleaner, safer, and tolerable than Glen Ridge, an apartment complex that even the Health Department says is the filthiest place in the County. The only thing that saves it is are some of its extremely fair staff, who can be extremely kind and understanding.

Ummm, yea I guess it is a decent place to live... If you grew up in the projects and have no standards of decent living, Look at the review that doesn't exactly paint a picture of fine living.

I hope you're not an employee. (especially since they've been caught breaking the terms of service before by posting reviews)
This review isn't exactly a positive testimonial. Why do you recommend such a dump?
