I'd never live here. It looks so ghetto. They should call it Ghetto Ridge Apartments.
I came here to visit a friend and couldn't even find a parking spot and the sole visitor lot is a mile away from his building! There's mouse holes in the walls and this shady dude came up to me in the parking lot while I was parking my car and kept staring at me. While I was visiting, cars blasting their radio came by honking every five minutes! My friend told me it only gets worse at night and he has to sleep with his iPod ear buds jammed in his ears all night. When I left, there were these trashy bimbos all drunk outside their car. It's a pretty lousy location.
Also, my friend is always complaining how the office gives him no notice when they're going to make major repairs. They just leave flyers on the doors which easily get stolen or lost among all the menus and junk mail that the neighbors toss all over the floor
I lived here in the 1970s and it's really gone downhill. I saw the same stove I had when I used to live here! Don't expect anything near what you're paying for.

They're being sued actually:

But some of the buildings are really nice you just have to choose the right building but if you don't you are screwed. We really need more nice neighbors because we get a lot of crazy people who move here who bully everyone else ... which makes me feel bad when I complain. Nathalia and Debbie are really working their butts off--they just need more maintenance staff imho. Everything is always breaking over and over and it's not the best neighborhood ... it's not like the 1970s anymore. But I don't feel like you should bash our whole neighborhood just after one visit. This place can be quite crappy but there's no use being snobby ...

I personally don't find Anonymous' post to be snobby at all. I live in a neighboring complex at this time and I agree with his/her post 100%. This entire area has gone downhill, just over the last 2 years or so (I wasn't around in the 70's). When our lease is up, we're moving to Hagerstown as it's one of the only "nice" area's left with affordable rent in MD.

I live in a complex nearby and drive by here very often...it looks ghetto...worse than lots of places in PG County.
