If you are looking for a neighborhood that is not terribly expensive, this is not a bad place. I lived at Greentree in 1999 and I hated it, I moved back in a year ago because I needed a place quick and they had one. This place is way better than it was when I lived here before. There is a different Property Manager now and he has really changed things. My work gets done on time, the people in the office treat me really nice and my neigbors are great. I did not even know my neigbors until I met them at the holiday party in Dec. I used to just keep to myself but when I got to know the people who live around me we became friends. The apartment is old, but if something breaks they fix it fast. The maintenance guys are nice and some are even cute!! You could find a more modern place if you want to pay $1000 a month but for the price, you can not beat this place.
