Greentree continues to decline. I am glad that my lease is up soon. I have been here for 2 years and just recently started having a roach problem. It must be the whole building because they have had exterminators come every few weeks now. If you live on the parking lot side, you get to see all of the drug dealing, arguments at 2am, and people just "hanging out" in the hallways. I really enjoy the thumping car stereos, squeeling tires, and horns honking because they are too lazy to get out and knock on the door. The area kids are out of control. They play ball in the middle of the parking lot and have damaged several cars (broken radio antennas, broken side mirror, scratches). They actually walk on the cars and have dented in roofs. They leave trash all over. Where are their parents at 9pm on a school night'
I haven't seen a renovated apartment, but just because the inside may be nice doesn't mean that the neighbors and the outside are!
