The first day in my month lease to Hell began on Feb 23. I moved into what seemed like a pretty nice neighbor but what turned into a month that I will never ever forget. The first day climbing the steps into my 3rd floor apartment, I had to inform a man sleeping in the hall to leave. He nicely gathered his two bottles of liquor and moved on. The next issues where the roaches that were spotted in the kitchen and in the bathroom (which I have to stop up the sinks and bathtub so they can t come thru the drains). Other issues would be the dirty hallways, which you see daily; chips, spit, balled up toilet paper, chewed up sunflower seeds, the day labors waiting for work, lauding in front of the building. My neighbor drops their trash in front of their door which looks like my door when you come up the stairs. The grounds in the front are well kept however drive in the back and it crazy and the windows and mini binders makes the apartments look cheap and paying 1200 for the view is ridiculous. Now I have a bed bugs (I m so upset I hate to even type the word) which I had to spend about $300.00 in supplies (vacuum, binders, trash bags, Lysol spray (because I was told by Andrew that it works), zipped vinyl bed mattress covering for 3 bed, painters plastic, alcohol, and etc.. I signed a 4 month lease because I was impressed with what I saw and the customer svc from the front office. Donna, Terry, Candice and the manager are (not sure of her name) really really nice. Also Andrew that took some easy off my wonders until I got bite again and the terminator named Benny used my bathroom while their doing the job for the bed bugs, urinated in my toilet and didn t flush (which my middle child discovered on my way to use the bathroom). Just this week I had my showered head replaced (nice right) however I didn t put he request in they said Ryan Harris put in the request. My Ryan Harris is 4 years old, speaks English and doesn t know the number to Greentree apartment to call and put in any request. The maintance workers come in do work and don t leave any indication that they were there. My family and I have lost so such in a month. Our belongs no longer belong to us and can t sit down on any of the furniture, my daughter said to me, mommy I hate it here, can we go home, What do you say to a little child that just want to sit and play or lay down in her bed. I find myself getting up in the middle of the night from a bite or to check on my kids. When we first enter the apartment, I say. Do the check , and that means to look around for any bugs before they get a chance to kill a bug before they run away. In a moth there (which isn t time for me to pay rent yet and all of this has happen) I have often been irrable, mean and lack of sleep.

Check your cable bill. I read a complaint about maintenance coming in and ordering porn on your tv. I didnt believe this until I got my final bill about a month after moving out. Guess what...porn charges!
