Trap for the young and new renters

They will do a credit check, but they are so pressed to get people they will approve you even if you do not have a job. They do not ask for proof of income that you can afford to pay the rent. The just want you to sign the lease that locks you into additional fee along with the regualr rent, plus Utilities. If they ask for suffient proof of income and job history they would not have to evict so many people, and sue them for back rent. They make it too easy for young people to get in and get stuck with high rent they can not afford.
