Run, don't walk away from the place

As stated run, don't walk away from this place. What may look good may not be good for you. Within the first month we encounter roach problems that the leasing office told us it was common in maryland (NOT, I didn't move from a place with roaches.) Then the leasing office staff is horrible, the manager talks to you like you are trash and does not want to hear anything you say. The grounds are so dangerous, we had a shotting, dead body, physical assault, cars broken into and we have only been in the apartment for five months and the police are in the area at least once a day. People play their music the loudest they possibly can at 5:00am and when reported to the leasing office you are told to mind you own buisness. Illegal alien populate the area and there is never a place to park so you have to park a block away and walk to your apartment and as the above stated not the best place to walk by yourself. You would think that an apartment like this would be at least a resonable price by you would be wrong the price on the internet might intice you but that is a big joke you may think that the look of the apartment is well worth it after you sign the lease you WILL regret it. Like I said for your sanity for your saftey and for life run from this apartment.

I agree 100% with everything you say! this place is by far the worst place I have ever been to in my life! Luckily, I got out of my lease early! Like..6months early! I suggest that you try to get out if you can, just have your boss/supervisor say that he is uncomfortable w/u living there.Thats what my husband did,and by the end of the month,we were gone! with a full refund of our deposits! get out while you can!

Greentree and Chesapeake Glen are the same. There really aren't that many issues. A dead body? please. This person is obviously so far under a rock he doesn't know what a dead body it. It's Glen Burnie, Md there is going to be crime. Get over it. As long as you don't piss anyone off you won't have any problems. I have been here since July and have never had a problem. I like my neighbors, they are, for the most part, very sweet. And i have never had a bug issue

I have been living in Greentre/Chesapeake Glen for 4 years now. Never had a problem. I know that they have issues in the aparments in back. I feel safe here as I see the police officer/sercuity personnel driving around. I don't have any problems with bugs whatsoever. I know the noise is a issue so I just call and then the complex calls the person who is making the noise. There is alot of immgrants coming and going and I just wish they look into how many people are living in the apartments. I think there could be 2 or 3 familes living in one apartment. I just wish they look into that
