Don?t move here unless you want to hear every damn thing that goes on in your neighbors apartments! The walls are paper thin, when I say paper I mean as in rice. Don?t live under someone, you can hear when they sneeze, the windows rattle and shake when the tenant above you bumps up against the wall...and God forbid somebody be f*&%ing, you hear every moan and ohhh ahhhh. Thin as crap. If you live on the bottom floor like me, be prepared to deal with waterbugs and crickets...horrible! Don?t move here! Keep rollin.........

Maintenance, grounds, etc. are good. Mary and Bernie in the rental office are dolls, very helpful and understanding in every way.
