Place is a dump. Sound proofing is non-existent. Lots of trashy neighbors, mine included drug dealers up stairs, a family of at least 8 next door (in a 2 bedroom), and a guy who beat his girlfriend across the hall. My girlfriend refused to enter or leave our apartment by herself after dark because of the thugs that were constantly loitering in the parking lot, hallways, and entrances. Here's a tip: if there are a bunch of cars parked in the lot during the weekdays, probably not alot of people with jobs. Office staff are blockheads. When I tried to end my lease according to contract, i was denied, and told I would have to pay huge amounts to get out of that hell hole.
