So I've lived here for about 3 years now and I'll try to be as fair as possible.
Pro: I have a 1 bedroom and it's pretty big, thats a nice plus. Rent doesnt go up very much but it always goes up. You arent to far from a grocery store, a Target, and 97. It's about a 10 minute drive to the Odenton MARC station.
Con: Apartment carpet was pocked with "mystery stains" when I moved in. Two individuals broke into my car one night and destroyed my ignition trying to hotwire it. Parking is horrible, there are abandoned cars around and so if you get back past 9 pm good luck parking within a 1/2 mile of your building. My "neighbors" are constantly getting failure to pay rent notices (this is indicative of the people renting there). Across the hall from me is a family of 8 Hindu's, they are nice, but 8 people in an apartment' People outside yelling and talking loudly at all hours of the night. It's loud in my apartment when my upstairs neighbor walks, has sex, coughs, and the pipes whine really loud when they take a shower.
Bottom line is that if your out of college and you need a place you can afford you can survive here but save your money and move out as soon as possible to better your life. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
