Moved in with myself and 2 daughters...so far I have NO complaints...there was one night the building caddy corner from us had some loud music playing but it soon stopped. The residents in my building have been very nice and being that we are on the 2nd floor have not had any problems...the resident upstairs has a little child and has had the bass a little loud but by 8:30pm or 9:00pm it stopped...found the apartment to be in good shape but for a few things that we are going to report on the sheet given regarding move in status. Honestly...I dont know what all the negatives are all about BUT have only been here a week and will write more the longer I am here...also signed a 6 mos lease due to the fact I have pets and need to get housing that will accept 2 dogs...so please...come and visit the complex that you want to live in...drive around at different times to see what is what...if I had listened to the reviews on here I would NEVER have rented...so please check them out...I will be honest and if I do come across something I will write on here so that anyone wanting to rent will hopefully read this...again, I have only been here a week and I cannot speak for those in the past so...please find out for yourself...I drove up a week before I moved in to see the complex so I would suggest looking personally anywhere before you lease...pictures can be deceiving...one complex that look so nice was a dump when I drove by....but Hidden Woods, so far, is NICE!
