The electrical units used in the apartment are huge wastes of energy! Expect your BGE bill to be exceptionally high every month.

Customer Service is very rude and condescending. Do not expect to talk to anyone who can actually address true service complaints. The process is very circular and designed to provide anonymity to the Customer Service agents and the people in charge. It's very difficult to get an answer when you talk to them about issues you are having. The most helpful they get is in offering to give the address where you can put your complaint in writing. SAVE EVERYTHING!

Also know that this company is very inflexible. Read your lease very, very carefully. I was late telling them I was leaving by 4 business days and they are holding me responsible for an entire years lease, despite extenuating circumstances.

Be very, very careful if you sign a lease with this company!

Also - I went for a walk one evening in the neighborhood. I was stopped by a police officer and was told that I should make other arrangements for exercising. He wouldn't give me details, but was clear the area wasn't safe.
