Parking is unassigned and the area is unmarked so it is a free for all. Maintenance will make any excuse to enter aprtments, they will not do anything but they will enter.....appliances are rusty and old, ceilings in the bathroom are sagging, but these are considered acceptable conditions. The thermastates are off by 5 to 10 degress after calibrations. if you call for a repair such as your sliding glass door falling apart, dont expect for it to be repaired any time soon....we called in for our to be fixed on Oct 16th of 2007 it is now Dec 12th of 2007 and they have not fixed or replaced it....the woman in the leasing office is rude, and a waste of space, since she serves no purpose other than to get you to sign a lease then they want nothing else to do with you...the a/c unit is located in the bedroom and sounds like a frieght train going through.....but this is considered the norm.....only the unaware would move in here.....so should you decide to bring the K.Y. and they will supply the phone pole because you will take it in the end.......

I RENT AT HIDDEN WOODS AND FIND THE CONDITIONS LIVABLE BUT LITTLE MORE THEN THAT. THE PLACES ARE POORLY INSULATED AND ANYONE IN THE NEXT APARTMENT THAT TALKS ABOVE A WHISPER WILL BE HEARD IN ALL CONNECTING UNITS. I HAVE NOT HAD NEGATIVE MAINTENANCE ISSUES BUT HAVE HEARD OF OTHERS WHO HAVE. IT IS A FAIR PLACE TO LIVE BUT WITH THE ANNUAL RENT INCREASES IT WILL SOON MAKE ITSELF NOT WORTH THE COST.

the maintenance has been great to me! they take time to play with the kids and everyone is so nice. our whole building looks out for each other. the only problem I have is with security. they dont want anyone in front of the buildings. standing by your car or not... they say in your handbook that the a/c is going to be off by that much depending on the strain on the system being from all the apartments. we can barely hear our unit and it is always cold. We can always find a good parking spot too! We did get new appliances whehn we moved in so I know nothing about that...

You must have just moved in....or you are a member of management padding the rating cause if we brought both cars in we would have to park three buildings down.....and the a/c units are independent of each other so even if all the units were on it would not create a strain....let go of the crack pipe thermastates are not designed to be 5-8 degrees off.....get an education before commenting moronically
