Pros: Affordable, Large Floor Plans, Quiet, Clean, NO BUGS!! Always served by maintenance. Parking is decent.
Cons: Windows (leak in lots of cold air!) The apartments need new windows! Makes the electricity bill High! Can hear neighbours on occasion. And I'm sure they can hear me too....So I think that's an even trade.
For apartment living this place is nice, close to amenities, and comfortable.

I loved living here. The only thing wrong was one of our neighbors gave us roaches.. but that was not the apartments fault. They had terminex come in constantly until it was cleaned up.
