Terrible neighborhood. Whether it's the vandalism and theft from automobiles, the low level of lighting in the parking lot, the broken bottles all over the steps and sidewalk, the homeless people begging for money during the warm weather, or the general shiftiness of the residents, I just didnt feel comfortable at this location.

My neighbor in 301F smokes so much that it seeps through the woodwork into my apartment and makes my whole place smell like smoke. My clothes smell terrible, my eyes burn, and it's uncomfortable. When she opens the door, it all drifts out into the hallway and makes the entire stairwell reek.

Maintenance is rather quick, but they often enter the apartment without your consent or knowing.

The mail is a pain in the but. You will get more junk mail at these locations and the mailboxes are highly inadequate.

The locks on all of the doors are tight and hard to get the key in. One time the main complex door, which is usually locked, went unlocked for 2 weeks, allowing anyone into the building. A couple of people have told me of theft of bicycles.

The air conditioning unit is in a closet in the main bedroom. This is a terrible location. When it's running in the summer time, it sounds like a freight train is passing outside and it makes it impossible to sleep.

The hot water heater is incredibly tiny and uses a lot of energy.

Avoid this complex like the plague that it is!!
