Pros: Reasonable rent (for Maryland), reasonably safe (for Glen Burnie), lots of parking, close proximity to Baltimore

Cons: Poor maintenence (front door to building was broken and did not lock the ENTIRE YEAR I lived there). Neighbors (I had a mom and two kids living in the 2br above me, constantly yelling, running around, and blaring rap music). Buildings are old and junky (you can hear your neighbors speaking, watching tv, flushing toilets).

I live at M. Ridge and I have never experinced any of these problems. The maintenence staff has always been great and I have not had any problems with the neighbors. With that being said, whenever you live in a apartment complex you run the risk of getting some bad neighbors but the (whole complex) should not get a bad name/rep just because of some bad neighbors.
