I live here now...and there is a mouse infestation, I havent seen many roaches but the insulation throughout the whole apartment is soo porous and its surprising there arent more creatures living here. There are open gaps at my front door and also at the screen door, Ive had to insulate more of this apartment on my own then i have at previous residences combined. There is not a problem with noise in my unit but there are problems in adjacent areas. There have been people sleeping in our unit laudry room which is a serious safety concern. The overall appearance is average to apartments in the area, I plead for management to take a more active role in tenant concerns. A simple survey where we could formally submit our concerns would be more than just. I will not be renewing my lease at its expiration. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
