Had trouble with no heat before....kids are constantly in the hallways and stairs blocking or making it inconvieniant to walk up and down your stairs... they get loud and play in the hallways and stairs. Some of the neighbors start early in the morning with blasting their music with the bass as high as it can get. Stairwells smells horrible and it is embarassing to bring company here because of the smell. I have also heard numerous gunshots going off in the past couple of months. I think management needs to send notices to all residence that "Noone is allowed to play or sit in the stairwell or steps" and "any complaints of loud music reported are both a serious breach of their lease" parents should be held responsible for their children... this should be made very clear to all residents so that those of us who are respectful residents get the same in return. Tenants should make annonymous complaints to the rental office about other tenants and their family and/or friends who make it miserable for us... this is the managers job to send letters out to all and let them know that all stairwells and stairs are not to be played in or sat on...also, music should be kept low so that it don't disturb others... stairwells should also be cleaned of the sour rotten smell by maintenance so that we can live in a clean smelling area... This could be a nice place to live, it's up to management to make the call and be serious about it by notifying all residents about keeping their kids/friends/others OUT of the stairwell and stairs or it will be a violation against their lease. If management does not do this, then, this will no doubt turn into something like the projects. I suggest everyone write a letter to managment a letter about this so we can make and keep this a nice place to live! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
