This place is absolutely horrible! There is no such thing as a dishwasher. The laundry rooms are unsafe, as people come in while you are doing laundry and threaten you with guns. The bath tubs leak. You can call maintenance a thousand times about a problem, and they never come. They then tell you that they did come and everything looks good.(even though we were there all day and they never came). Let's see.. the brats downstairs play in the hallway and throw baseballs, while I am carrying my infant in and out. The people below us listen to their tv entirely too loud and all hours and when we call the manager to complain, they say we need to put it in writing. The air conditioning and heater break every season, and it takes days for them to come and fix it. When they do fix it, it only lasts about a week. Then it breaks again. Certain neighbors have dogs that poop everywhere and don't clean up, even after management warnings. They threaten to evict you if you leave your bike on the back porch. They send a lovely letter saying that we can store the bike in one of the many bike racks throughout the community. Well guess what' There aren't any!! And even if there were, I wouldn't trust anyone not to steal it. The rent is obscene, and last year they jacked it up almost $60 and said it was due to improvements they were making in the community. The only thing they did was replace the windows and backdoors, which still leak by the way, and they told us they would be here on a Monday, and showed up the following Friday. That's right, almost 2 weeks later. The residents are unfriendly. Parking is TERRIBLE. There are 10 slots in my building, and there are 12 apartments. Not to mention, most people have at least 2 cars. The manager *Dana Fields* is rude and nasty. She lies to your face and says things will be taken care of that never do. Today, our downstairs neighbor told us our shower is pouring into her bathroom. This place sucks. Find somewhere else to live! Don't even think about it. Oh yeah.. they also say we have access to a pool.. well that pool is a mile down the road, and very crowded. When we moved in they also told us there would be storage areas, but there aren't any. They offer you a discount on a storage bin in Millersville.
