Let me start off with WARNING STAYWAY WARNING DO NOT RENT
Violation of privacy ( this is a big one) people enter your apartment when they fell like it
Great place if you like to have cockroaches crawl over everything
I highly recommend this place if you like to be lied to and harassed by the office people
The office people they hire there need to take the short bus to work everyday EXTREMELY STUPID!!!!!!!
You and your neighbor will get along great because the office sets up everyone s electric bill and you will pay for someone else s electric no joke did if for 3 MONTHS and then was threaten to be turned into the attorney, because I wasn t paying my bill HMMM I pay everything on time--thanks...
If you have a NEW (hence NEW) vehicle it may be vandalized while parked in there extremely tight parking lots
Staff enters your apartment without telling you to spray for and I quote for bugs end quote, early in the morning.
Office staff---yeah the award goes to for best actor. They are extremely rude when you go to them for help or anything else. When you first enter the place they seem nice until you sign the lease and then Jekyll and Hyde.
Bored no need to go to a movie just turn your dining room sits around I am sure you can caught a show right out side in the glamorous parking lot of peopling getting stabbed or catching their cars on fire their cars seriously this happens there!!!!
Lived there for 3.5 months and left VERY UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE PLACE TO LIVE AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS---DO NOT RENT---WARNING
FOX CHASE and the other apartments near OAKRIDGE are owned by the same company. STAY AWAY! This company is A and G Management Company, INC. The whole company is horrible and will not listen to you if you have a legitimate complaint. I have rented many years befor buying my house and this is the worse company that I ran across. I have letters from other companies about how good of tenants we were. PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS PLACE!!!!
