Don't let the looks of the place scare you! It's an older community with a lot of established residents who've been there for years. This is a very awesome community for the money, you can't do any better. The apartment is very basic, no w/d and no dishwasher. But the community is run as a tight ship by two ladies that do NOT tolerate any crap from any "rif-raf". Lived there almost two years, never had one problem except parking can be limited late at night. But that's apartment complex.
