This apartment complex is pretty good for the area but lacks modern construction (i.e. cement floors) and has wooden floors that can be noisy at times. Benefits include a washer/dryer in the apartment as well as a dishwasher. This is pretty unusual. Another big plus is the area. There are several interesting trails one can easily get lost in that connect to Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun area. The exercise facility and pool are in decent shape, no mold or funky build up in the pool. Management is responsive to resident needs. This apartment complex is on the AUM plan, so expect to pay about $30 - $50 dollars a month in addition to your rent for gas and water.

Your talking about the wrong Park Glen Apartments. This is in Maryland. There are no lakes anywhere near this complex.
