Great price for the area. Playgrounds for the children. Never had any problems, quite, on occasion you would see the usually problem child - that did not live there, and Maintenance would escort them off the property. They do not tolerate problems, which was great. Anytime that something broke in the apartment and I called it in, it would normally be fixed the same day. Rob the maintenance supervisor was always on top of things. He even changed the tire on my car for me one day. Helpful office staff as well.
