The manager has a stick stuck in her butt about every little thing, and makes sure to put little notices on everyones doors telling them of the new policies that she just made up. The neighbors are generally nice, and keep things low to be considerate. The maintenance guys are pretty stupid and try to get away with not doing their jobs, but if you take the time to explain the importance of something, they usually come around pretty quick.
