I just got done reading the other one "don't go there" and I loved the maintenance guys...I think you need to ge to know them and establish a relationship with them to be able to call them and they respond within minutes, otherwise you wait around like everyone else twiddling your thumbs just like at every other apartment. The Appliances need to be replaced. The walls look like crap. The ceilings look like they could cave anytime. I think that its all around poor workmanship throughout. The floorplan sucks. It obviously was designed, as far as outlets, cable etc. to NOT be practical. My favorite part of this place was the balconys. How they weren't the standard sliding glass doors. the are somewhat of a french door type. As far as the Leasing Ladys go...I couldn't agree more with the previous Comment. However I Could have done with out one of them. But i couldn't have done without the other. I would have really apreciated assigned parking and ddn't know it until i had to deal with it
