The office staff is unresponsive and never stays in the office the whole time the sign says they're there. They do not respond to major building repair needs inside the units. The French doors and balconies are nice touches, but the doors leak and no one knows how to repair them properly, nor do they care if its causing damage inside the apartment. Parking is terrible. There is no assigned parking, residents frequently have guests which take up the parking spaces. You need to make sure you're home early to get a parking space. Residents and their guests sit on cars that don't belong to them. I see police cars in the community frequently. The kitchens do well with the cabinet space, but only two drawers. These are old buildings and there is virtually no soundproofing. You can hear conversations your neighbors are having in their apartments. You can hear the noise from kids in the parking lot as though they were in your living room. Residents do not clean up after their dogs as they are supposed to. Overall, I would pass over this community and keep looking if I were you...I wish I'd known then what I know now...
