I gave these people cashiers checks for 4 months rent in advance and they apparently lost them. Now even though I have receipts they are trying to evict ME!!! They refuse to cancel the court date even though I have receipts and copies of the cashiers checks. They said it will be a week before they resolve, even though the court date is 6 days away. I rented this apt for my children, and now I have to travel from North Carolina for a court date, even though I have receipts. They have not repaired anything promised 8 months ago! My daughters front door wont lock except with the deadbolt and you can see inside, ELEC Bill $200 per month!! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
