I went over to the lanlord to ask them again when they where going to fix my bathroom tiles, which are falling into my tub. They stated they had been there earlier. I told her no one told me and she said your just the tenant I am the lanlord you don't need to know. I then asked her "Don't I have rights" she then said "No". I asked for her managers name, she refused. Then the companies name, she refused but then said "but I will do is call the police to escort you out". It's been a month and my bathroom tiles are still falling. She is coming in to my house without any notice. reoccurring mold in my son's room, then the shower/bathroom area and now the kitchen area. There is no insulation for the front door. The heat is constantly going off. The hot water stays hot for maybe 15 minutes, which doesn't work well if there is more than one person using it. I have also asked for the windows in my son's room to be cocked because I believe cold air is leaking in. Also the vent in my son's room does not pump air. The kids play around your cars where the parking sucks. So you can find giant engraved gashes on your car where the neighborhood kids sat, played, beat and threw balls on/around your car. Then you address it only to be told as a tenant "you have no rights". The neighbors upstairs who must be cooking people
